Investment Performance & Reporting Intern - Summer 2027

Thrivent is a financial services organization offering a summer internship program for college students. The Investment Performance & Reporting Intern will support investment performance calculations, benchmark and peer group analysis, management reporting, portfolio risk analytics, and private equity accounting and financial reporting.

What you'll do:

• Work closely with the team to aid in investment performance calculation, benchmark & peer group analysis, including information delivery process for Board, Management, Portfolio Management and Incentive Plans. (Insurance & Mutual Funds)
• Help redesign management reporting and information delivery process for Board, Management Committees and Portfolio Management (Insurance)
• Partnering with the front office to analyzes and streamline portfolio risk and analytics reporting
• Assist in executing Private Equity accounting, financial reporting, and management reporting functions

What they're looking for:

• Current Junior (Dec. 2027 or May 2028 graduation date) pursuing a degree in Finance, Data Analytics, Economics or related area
• GPA 3.0 or higher
• Interests in investment concepts and/or interest in pursuing CFA/CIPM designations
