IT Business Analyst

Elevate Aircraft Seating designs and manufactures innovative aircraft seating to enhance the passenger experience. The IT Business Analyst supports infrastructure and application environments, contributes to end-to-end technology solutions, provides production support, and collaborates with business teams on dashboards, reports, and technology improvements.

What you'll do:

• Responsibilities span across multiple disciplines covering Enterprise systems, Applications, Cloud Services and SaaS-based solutions and various other technology areas in support of the enterprise IT environment
• Ensure system conforms with architectural objectives and system's production readiness and supportability
• Support the installation, configuration and maintenance of multi-platform systems hardware, software and components
• Document, implement, and maintain computer applications and systems
• Collaborate with the business to develop dashboards and reports
• Assist with release planning for software and hardware across the enterprise
• Assist with evaluation of architecture to ensure compatibility with computing systems
• Provide daily production support as issues arise; conducts problem analysis as needed
• Acts as a point of escalation for moderate to difficult problems
• Research new technologies to improve operational efficiency
• Provide solutions to a variety of technical problems of moderate scope and complexity
• Contribute to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed

What they're looking for:

• Bachelor's Degree or an equivalent combination of education and experience
• Level I: 0-2 years of IT experience
• Level Il: 2-5 years of IT experience
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills and hands-on technical experience across multiple technology disciplines are required
• Technical expertise to evaluate, install, upgrade and maintain enterprise-wide range of technology solutions which may include hardware and software solutions
• Results orientation and self-motivated
• Willingness to drive and embrace change
• Must be authorized to work in the United States
• Extended or irregular hours may be required
• Ability to communicate effectively in English, both verbally and in writing
• Analytical Skills: Skill and ability to: collect, organize, synthesize, and analyze data; summarize findings; develop conclusions and recommendations from appropriate data sources at the department level
• Business Case Analysis: Complete knowledge of business case analysis to effectively perform functional responsibilities of the occupation
