IT Business Analyst Intern (Spring 2027)

ACCA Careers is seeking an IT Business Analyst Intern for Spring 2027. The role involves supporting project management, implementing business requests with a focus on digitalization, and contributing to internal process improvements.

What you'll do:

• Project Management Support for project planning, and coordination
• Implementation of small business requests including request management, documentation, evaluating options, digitalization development, and operational support
• Help identify, design, and implement internal process improvements (agile/lean)
• Creating presentations and communication documents using Corporate Identity standards
• Provide support for projects encompassing one or more areas
• Implementation of small business requests mainly with digitalization focus (AI, Microsoft Power Platform, Data Visualization)
• Perform tasks related to the agile transformation roadmap

What they're looking for:

• Candidate should be pursuing a degree in Information Technology, Engineering, Business, or similar field
• Demonstrating strong written, and verbal communication skills
• Proficient use of Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, WORD, EXCEL, PowerPoint)
• Analytical mind that is open to innovative ideas
• Possess a minimum cumulative GPA of 3.0 (not just in major)
• Have enrolled student status at an accredited four-year college or university in the United States
• Completed at least 30 credit hours at time of application
• Ability to complete 3 work terms for Co-op positions
• Ability to work full-time on-site (40 hours / week)
• Transfer students must have a GPA from current university
• MUST ATTACH A COPY OF UNOFFICIAL TRANSCRIPT
• Complete and pass a substance abuse test before the work term
