IT Business Analyst & Project Management Intern - Summer 2027

SERVPRO is a provider of fire and water cleanup, restoration, and remediation services supported by a dedicated headquarters team. The Business Analyst & Project Management Intern will work with the IT Product team to gain hands-on experience in business product support, requirements documentation, stakeholder engagement, project management, and release management.

What you'll do:

• Participate in weekly intern activies as scheduled and assigned
• Attend team meetings and department events
• Shadow experienced employees to learn business operations
• Assist with department projects and initiatives
• Assist in documenting requirements for smaller enhancements
• Support process improvement initiatives
• Participate in special projects assigned by supervisors

• High School diploma or equivalent is required
• Must be a current Junior or Senior enrolled in college, pursuing an undergraduate degree in Data & Analytics, Data Science, Applied AI or a related field
