IT Business Intern

Link Snacks is a protein snack company with a global IT team. The IT Business Intern will gain hands-on experience supporting Sales and/or Finance stakeholders, improving business processes, and helping deliver enterprise technology projects using systems such as SAP, Salesforce, and PowerBI. The role includes system support, data management, requirements documentation, testing, training, and presenting internship contributions to leadership.

What you'll do:

• Provide project and functional support for Sales and/or Finance Teams in the deployment or support of enterprise software systems such as SAP, Salesforce and similar
• Collaborate with IT Business Relationship Managers and various business partners to document requirements and user stories, organize and perform systems testing, develop and maintain training materials and process documentation, and related activities
• Work as part of a development team to support existing technology and deliver new functionality and enhancements
• Perform other duties and responsibilities as necessary
• Deliver a final presentation to the Link Snacks leadership team, summarizing your experience and highlighting your contributions
