About this role
The University of Florida is an institution that uses enterprise IT systems to support teaching, learning, research, and service. The IT Business Systems Analyst I supports the analysis, development, testing, deployment, and customer support of enterprise content management solutions using Hyland OnBase and Docusign, while also contributing to technical documentation and collaborative service delivery.
What you'll do:
- Assist in the analysis, design, development, testing, and deployment of enterprise content management solutions that utilize both basic and advanced capabilities of Hyland OnBase and Docusign. These solutions automate complex processes and manage important university content (documents, e-forms, cases, data, etc.)
- Assist in providing prompt and courteous customer support for deployed solutions, including intake, triage, and resolution of support tickets
- Assist in the development of technical documentation (designs, specifications, testing, processes, workflows, etc.)
- Demonstrate excellent communications, teamwork, and customer service

- Associate's degree; or a high school diploma or equivalent and two years of relevant experience
- Appropriate college coursework or vocational/technical training may substitute at an equivalent rate for the required **experience**, but does not negate the minimum degree requirement(s)

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or similar field
- 1+ year of experience in software development, electronic document management solution development, e-signature administration, IT-related customer support, and software systems documentation
- Strong analytical and IT testing skills
- High level of verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to work in a collaborative team environment
