IT Business Systems Analyst Summer 2027 (Master's Level)

Amplifon is a global hearing care company seeking an IT Business Systems Analyst Intern for a 10-week paid internship. The role focuses on analyzing business processes, gathering requirements, developing Python-based automation and Generative AI solutions, and supporting system integration, testing, troubleshooting, documentation, and deployment.

What you'll do:

• Analyze Business Processes & Gather Requirements: Collaborate with business and technology teams to identify process improvement opportunities, document business needs, and translate requirements into functional and technical solutions
• Develop Automation & AI-Driven Solutions: Build and support Python-based automation tools, proof-of-concept solutions, and Generative AI applications that enhance productivity and streamline business operations
• Support System Integration, Testing & Implementation: Assist with integrating solutions across enterprise systems, APIs, and data sources, while participating in testing, troubleshooting, documentation, and deployment activities to ensure successful delivery

What they're looking for:

• Pursuing a Master's degree in Information Systems, Computer Science or related field
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Python, PowerPoint and other Microsoft Office tools
• Strong data analytics skills
• Demonstrate strong communication, teamwork, and adaptability skills
• Ability to work collaboratively and independently
• Previous leadership experience through involvement in student organizations, volunteer work, or previous experience
