IT Information Security Intern - Summer 2027

Enterprise Bank & Trust is hiring a Summer 2027 IT Information Security Intern to support the bank’s Information Security department. The intern will gain exposure to threat monitoring, vulnerability management, patching, and security practices that protect the bank’s systems and data.

What you'll do:

• Assist with endpoint and firewall monitoring to understand how threats are detected
• Support vulnerability testing and patch management activities
• Gain exposure to Active Directory monitoring and participate in threat detection tasks

What they're looking for:

• Current full-time student enrolled in an accredited undergraduate degree program
• Degree emphasis in Computer Science, IT, Cybersecurity, Artificial Intelligence, or related field
• Expected graduation date of May 2027 or May 2028
• Basic understanding of cybersecurity fundamentals
• Familiarity with networking and operating systems
• Problem solving and troubleshooting skills
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively
• Eagerness to learn and adapt in a fast-changing field
