IT Operations Analyst

CIVIE develops advanced technologies to address radiology challenges. The IT Operations Analyst monitors, maintains, and supports IT infrastructure, applications, PACS systems, and day-to-day technology operations while ensuring systems remain reliable, secure, and available.

What you'll do:

• Respond to and troubleshoot incidents, service requests, and system alerts
• Resolve technical issues relating to both the hardware and software we provide for our clients and for our internal departments
• Manage and maintain user accounts and access permissions in a wide variety of systems
• Resolve issues related to PACS systems and PACS administration
• Escalate and assign tickets to the appropriate resources
• Assist with onboarding and offboarding team members

What they're looking for:

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
• 1-2 years of experiencein IT operations, systems administration, or technical support
• Ability to work a scheduled on-call rotation covering evenings,nightsand weekends
• Experiencewith IT service-management/ticketing tools
• An understanding of computer hardware and the ability to troubleshoot hardware issues
• Working knowledge of Windows 10,Office 365, cloudtechnologiesand enterprise applications
• Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills
• Ability to document technical issues clearly and communicate effectively with technical and non-technical users
• Ability toparticipatein virtual meetings and training sessions, and collaborative projects
• Occasional travel (up to 20%) to support IToperationsat office locations or toship computer equipment
• Healthcare experiencepreferred
