IT Performance Analyst Intern

Allied Solutions LLC is offering a full-time, onsite internship for students interested in technology performance and analytics. The IT Performance Analyst Intern will support dashboard development, data analysis, KPI monitoring, reporting initiatives, process improvement, and stakeholder engagement for the Enterprise Technology Performance & Insights team.

What you'll do:

• Assist with building, maintaining, and enhancing Power BI dashboards and IT performance reports
• Support data collection, validation, and analysis from multiple technology and operational data sources
• Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) and performance metrics to identify trends and insights
• Participate in requirements gathering, testing, and quality assurance activities to support reporting and analytics initiatives
• Document metrics, reporting processes, dashboard functionality, and user guidance materials
• Research reporting best practices and support process improvement, automation, and data visualization initiatives while presenting findings and recommendations to the team

What they're looking for:

• Currently enrolled in an undergraduate program as a rising Junior or Senior, pursuing a degree in Data Analytics, Information Systems, Informatics, Business Analytics or a related field
• Strong interest in analytics, reporting, and data visualization
• Curiosity, initiative, and willingness to learn
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills
• Exposure to Power BI, Tableau, or other visualization tools (Preferred)
• Familiarity with Agile concepts or project work (Preferred)
• Experience working with data in academic, internship, or extracurricular projects (Preferred)
