IT Product Analyst I - Onsite

Duncan Solutions, LLC is a transportation management company providing parking, tolling, citation processing, transaction processing, and related technology solutions. The IT Product Analyst I configures, builds, tests, deploys, audits, and supports technology products throughout their lifecycle while collaborating with product, development, operations, and business teams. The role also supports requirements gathering, ETL execution, troubleshooting, application configuration, data reconciliation, and audit activities.

What you'll do:

• Collaborate with business stakeholders and product managers to understand product vision, objectives, and priorities
• Participate in requirements elicitation and document functional and non-functional requirements for technology products and enhancements
• Support backlog refinement activities, including prioritization, dependency identification, and scope clarification
• Participate in the creation of test plans and execution of test plans to validate product functionality, data integrity, and user experience
• Execute ETL jobs for proprietary and commercial products/applications
• Communicate clearly with technical and non-technical stakeholders to ensure shared understanding of product changes
• Design, develop, and enhance product features and services in collaboration with cross-functional product teams
• Translate product and business requirements into well-architected, maintainable, and scalable technical solutions
• Contribute to product backlog execution by implementing, testing, and delivering potentially shippable increments
• Develop, execute, and maintain application workflows and configurations using approved frameworks and technologies
• Participate in architectural and design discussions, providing recommendations where applicable
• Assist in troubleshooting, root-cause analysis, and remediation for product issues
