IT Security Administrator

Daikin Comfort is hiring an IT Security Administrator to monitor, configure, and administer organizational security solutions. The role supports incident response, audits, threat and vulnerability monitoring, remediation, security policy enforcement, security awareness training, and day-to-day security administration.

What you'll do:

• Assist in the internal/external audit process, including gathering documentation and responding to audit inquiries
• Support the Incident Response team in identifying, documenting, and mitigating security incidents
• Monitor and report on cyber security threats and vulnerabilities under the guidance of senior team members
• Assist in vulnerability remediation efforts, including patching and configuration updates
• Help enforce company security policies to ensure confidentiality, integrity, and availability of systems
• Collaborate with IT teams to implement security controls and best practices
• Contribute to the development and delivery of security awareness training for employees
• Perform administrative tasks, such as maintaining security logs, updating access controls, and managing security tools
• Participate in ad-hoc security projects as assigned
• Perform additional projects/duties to support ongoing business needs

• Familiarity with security products (e.g., firewalls, antivirus, SIEM tools) is a plus
• Internships or co-op experience may be considered
