IT Security Analyst

Martin-Baker America, Inc. is seeking an IT Security Analyst to maintain and strengthen its cybersecurity posture. The role focuses on monitoring threats, improving secure system configurations, maintaining CMMC compliance tracking, and optimizing the corporate SIEM.

What you'll do:

• Maintain awareness of new and current IT vulnerabilities and threats and suggest appropriate prevention or remediation actions
• Provide suggestions for secure configuration of systems, in accordance with CMMC and\or industry best practices
• Maintain organization's CMMC compliance status and GRC tracking tool
• Develop, maintain, and optimize a corporate SIEM

What they're looking for:

• High School diploma or GED
• Minimum 1-2 years of experience in an operational IT environment with experience in incident handling and security controls
• Exposure to CMMC, NIST 800-171 and/or other compliance frameworks
• Preferred expierence within the aerospace or defense industry
