IT Security Intern

Integrated DNA Technologies (IDT), a Danaher operating company, develops technologies that support life sciences and genomics research. The IT Security Intern will assist with implementing security controls across IDT’s global IT environment, including data loss prevention and endpoint privilege management, while participating in threat and vulnerability processes and collaborating with global IT teams.

What you'll do:

• Collaborate with various global IT teams
• Assist with the implementation of data loss prevention controls
• Assist with the implementation of endpoint privilege management controls
• Participate in threat and vulnerability processes, identifying and collaborating with IT stakeholders

What they're looking for:

• Currently pursuing a degree in cybersecurity or similar Information Technology related discipline
• Working knowledge of IT and Cybersecurity principles
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment
• Prior hands-on working experience in an IT related field
