This role is based in Northern Suburbs, IL, and offers a hybrid work model with 4 days onsite. • Receiving basic support requests from end-users for software applications
• Creating and managing software requests
• Providing basic software support and troubleshooting
• Serve as a team member, potentially guiding contingent workers indirectly.
• Ensure compliance with applicable corporate policies and procedures.

• Bachelor’s Degree preferred or equivalent work experience.
• Proficiency with software and hardware renewals preferred.
• IT asset management experience preferred.
• Microsoft Office suite including O365.
