As an **intermediate****software developer** on the Property IT Products Delivery team, you'll design, develop, enhance, and support enterprise applications that power Specialty products. In this role, you'll partner closely with business and technology teams to deliver enhancements, rate revisions, model upgrades, compliance changes, and modernization efforts that strengthen our policy systems and improve business capabilities and customer experiences. You'll also play an important role in supporting application stability, driving process improvements, and contributing to the team’s operational excellence. With openings across a couple of teams, you can join this growing space, utilizing your learning agility and passion for technology to collaborate with cross-functional teams and partners. Participation in an on-call support rotation may be required.

This is a remote position for US-based work only.

**Minimum qualifications**

• Minimum of 5 years related work experience programming and supporting software applications.
• {OR} Completion of a technical training program and a minimum of 2 years related work experience programming and supporting software applications.
• {OR} Bachelor's degree or higher in an Information Technology or a related field of study (e.g., Engineering, Mathematics, Science) and a minimum of 2 years related work experience programming and supporting software applications.

**Preferred skills**

• Experience developing and supporting applications using .NET (C# or VB), SQL Server, and RESTful APIs.
• Strong understanding of object-oriented programming principles, software development best practices, and testing techniques for complex business and technical requirements.
• Ability to support and enhance existing enterprise applications, troubleshoot issues, and deliver sustainable solutions in large application environments.
• Familiarity with Azure DevOps, TFS, GitHub, CI/CD pipelines, and deployment processes.
• Experience with automated testing practices and tools to support quality, reliability, and efficient delivery.

**Compensation**

• $98,000 - $114,000/year
• Gainshare annual cash incentive payment up to 30% of your eligible earnings based on company performance
