- Flexibility and confidence to adapt as you move between teams, systems, and priorities throughout the program
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, Economics, or a related field; an Associate's degree or equivalent work experience will be considered
- 0-5 years of finance experience; internships and academic project work are welcome
- Familiarity with additional AI tools or platforms beyond Microsoft Copilot, such as automation assistants, AI-driven analytics tools, or large language model applications
- Experience with Unanet, Deltek, or a comparable financial ERP system
- Background in a customer-facing or deadline-oriented professional environment
Benefits:
- Competitive compensation and a 401(k) with employer contributions to help you plan for the future
- Flexible paid time off and hybrid ways of working that support true work-life balance
- Comprehensive health coverage—including medical, dental, vision, life, and disability insurance
