Jr. Healthcare Recruiter - Phoenix, AZ

Comprehensive Mobile Care is a healthcare organization delivering onsite dental, vision, podiatry, and audiology services to senior communities. The Jr. Healthcare Recruiter will execute full-cycle recruiting, source and evaluate candidates, manage pipelines, close candidates, support post-hire credentialing and compliance, and partner with hiring managers to achieve recruiting goals.

What you'll do:

• Learn and execute full-cycle recruiting
• Own a set of daily and weekly activity metrics—and beat them
• Source candidates through job boards, LinkedIn, referrals, cold calls, and direct outreach
• Conduct phone screens and evaluate both technical fit and soft skills
• Sell the opportunity, handle objections, and close
• Build long-term relationships with candidates
• Use our ATS and sourcing tools to manage pipelines efficiently
• Support credentialing and compliance steps post-hire
• Partner closely with hiring managers and recruiting leadership
• Constantly look for ways to improve speed, quality, and outcomes
