Jr Recruiter

American Foods Group is a privately held beef processing company located in Gibbon, Nebraska. They are seeking a Junior Recruiter to assist candidates with the hiring process, facilitate onboarding, and maintain accurate records while ensuring confidentiality.

What you'll do:

• Assist candidates with the completion of applications; ensuring they are completed per hiring policy guidelines
• Assist the Recruiter in facilitating the post-offer process of onboarding, pre-employment physicals and drug screens
• Assist the Recruiter with completion of hiring policy forms (pre-screen, applications, etc.)
• Accurately enter records into our data collection systems
• Assist employees and candidates in filling out paperwork
• Translating as needed
• Generate correspondence as needed
• Maintain a high level of confidentiality, this job requires access to confidential and sensitive information, requiring ongoing discretion, and secure information management

What they're looking for:

• Must be able to work in the United States without sponsorship
• High school diploma or GED
• Must be able to effectively communicate in English and Spanish (speak, read, write)
• Must be able to work necessary hours contingent on business needs. Some travel may be required
• Recruitment and/or Human Resources related experience
• Strong computer skills
• Good communication skills
• Ability to perform job duties with minimal direction
