Jr. Solution Business Analyst

MindSource is recruiting for a contract Jr. Solution Business Analyst to support enterprise IT solutions in an Application Operations and Solution Services environment. The role focuses on operating and supporting resource, mobility, and workspace management solutions, gathering business needs, coordinating cross-functional activities, supporting product improvements, and maintaining solution documentation.

What you'll do:

• Operate and support **Common Resource Registry (CR2)** and **Managed Mobility Services (MMS)** for internal customers and users
• Coordinate with system and technical teams to ensure smooth, stable, and efficient service operations
• Identify, gather, and document business and market needs
• Work with engineering teams to translate business needs into potential product features and enhancements
• Gather and evaluate product, customer, and market information through interactions with sales, customer success teams, and end users
• Collaborate with marketing and business leaders to identify opportunities to expand mobility, workspace, and resource management solutions
• Conduct competitive research and contribute to competitive landscape analysis
• Support product and solution improvement initiatives
• Create, update, and maintain solution documentation, including: + User manuals + Operational procedures + Marketing materials + Business requirements + Operational reports + Presentations
• Coordinate cross-functional activities and track action items, deliverables, and timelines
• Communicate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders
• Provide operational and project support as required

What they're looking for:

• Bachelor's degree preferred, or equivalent relevant work experience
• **1–3+ years of experience** in one or more of the following: + Asset Management + IT Asset Management + Corporate Employee Service Operations + Business Operations + Application Support + Product Operations + Project Coordination/Management + Business Analysis
• Proficiency with **Microsoft Office**, especially: + Excel + Word + PowerPoint
• Strong communication, coordination, organizational, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work effectively in a cross-functional environment
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities
• Ability to take ownership of tasks and drive them through completion
• Experience or understanding of **product management**
• Experience supporting **enterprise SaaS products or applications**
• Exposure to IT asset, workspace, space, resource, or mobility management solutions
• Experience with business requirements gathering and documentation
• Experience with market or competitive analysis
