Junior Accountant

OH LA LA CHERI, a brand of Ascension Lingerie LLC, is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Junior Accountant to join their finance department. The ideal candidate will perform a variety of accounting and financial tasks to support the company's financial operations.

What you'll do:

• Assist with daily accounting tasks including transaction processing, reconciliations, and maintaining financial records
• Assist in the preparation of financial reports such as balance sheets, income statements, and other documents
• Maintain confidentiality of financial information and investment decisions
• Provide administrative support to the accounting department, such as filing, data entry, and handling correspondence
• Participate in special projects and perform additional duties as required

What they're looking for:

• Associate's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
• 1-2 years of experience as an accounting clerk or in a similar role
• A working understanding of accounting and financial reporting principles and practices
• Excellent math skills and the ability to spot numerical errors
• Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel, and familiarity with accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks)
• High level of accuracy, efficiency, and accountability
• Ability to handle sensitive, confidential information with integrity
• Excellent organizational skills and the ability to multitask
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Bachelor's degree preferred
