  • Support form development, business rules, workflow configuration, and user administration
  • Conduct system testing, user acceptance testing (UAT), validation, troubleshooting, and issue resolution
  • Support system deployment, user onboarding, training, and post-implementation enhancements
  • Evaluate platform capabilities and limitations to identify practical solutions
  • Perform data quality checks, validation, reconciliation, and basic reporting

  • Academic or professional exposure to clinical research, health informatics, healthcare technology, data management, or software systems
  • Strong analytical, organizational, problem-solving, and communication skills
  • Ability to learn new technologies, troubleshoot challenges, and apply technical concepts to business needs
  • Comfortable working independently and collaboratively while managing multiple priorities
  • Detail-oriented, adaptable, and proactive in identifying solutions
  • Exposure to technical product management, business analysis, software implementation, or consulting
  • Familiarity with EDC, eSource, CTMS, eQMS, or other regulated software platforms
  • Experience with requirements gathering, workflow design, system configuration, User Acceptance Testing (UAT), or validation
  • Knowledge of clinical research workflows, GCP, data integrity, or regulated environments
  • Experience with SQL, Excel, Power BI, or other data analysis and reporting tools
  • Familiarity with Agile methodologies, product lifecycle management, or software development processes

Benefits:
