Junior Data Scientist, Part-Time AI Evaluation - Remote (United States)

OpenTrain AI connects experienced professionals with paid, part-time AI training work. The Junior Data Scientist evaluates AI-generated data science and statistics answers, creates analytical prompts and datasets, writes reference solutions, and explains flaws in methods and reasoning.

What you'll do:

• Build analytical prompts and test datasets for quantitative reasoning
• Review AI-generated answers in data science and statistics
• Write reference solutions for machine learning and experimentation problems
• Spot flawed methods and statistical errors, then explain the problems in clear written feedback

What they're looking for:

• Bring at least one year of professional experience from a leading technology, finance or research company, with some of that experience within the past three years
• Apply statistics, machine learning, experimentation and quantitative reasoning, and judge whether the methods and conclusions in an analysis are technically sound
• Fluent written English
