Junior Financial Analyst

DB Investing is a financial services company seeking a Junior Financial Analyst to support reporting and analysis across company performance, financial operations, payments, and business growth. The role involves preparing dashboards and reports, analyzing performance and KPIs, supporting payment reconciliation, identifying data trends and discrepancies, and improving reporting processes.

What you'll do:

• Prepare and maintain **Excel reports and Power BI dashboards**
• **Analyse** **business**, **employee** and **team performance**
• Monitor key financial and business KPIs
• Support payment tracking and reconciliation
• Identify trends, discrepancies and performance gaps
• Support the improvement and automation of reporting processes
• **Ensure data accuracy** and reliable reporting
• **Prepare regular reports for management** and senior leadership
• Excel and Power BI management reports
• Business and employee performance analysis
• Payment and reconciliation reports
• Partner/IB performance analysis

What they're looking for:

• Strong **Microsoft Excel** skills, including Pivot Tables, XLOOKUP, INDEX/MATCH, SUMIFS and Power Query
• Good knowledge of **Power BI**, including dashboard creation and basic DAX
• **Understanding of financial analysis, reporting** or **business performance analysis**
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to work with large datasets
• Ability to communicate data and findings clearly
• Good organisational skills and ability to meet deadlines
• Experience in one or more of the following is an advantage:
