Junior Financial Analyst

J Choo USA Inc is hiring a Junior Financial Analyst to support its finance team. The role prepares financial reports and analyses, assists with budgeting and close processes, maintains forecasting models, and supports audits and cross-functional projects.

What you'll do:

• Prepare and update monthly financial reports to support internal finance reviews and team presentations
• Assist with budget vs. actual variance analysis across departments to identify key drivers of performance
• Support month-end and quarter-end close processes, including account reconciliations
• Help maintain financial models for forecasting, budgeting, and strategic planning initiatives
• Conduct ad hoc financial analyses to support decision-making across the internal finance team
• Compile data from multiple systems (e.g., SAP, payroll, BI tools) to ensure accuracy and completeness
• Support financial audits by gathering documentation and responding to auditor requests
• Support cross-functional finance projects through data gathering, report preparation, and follow-up on key deliverables

• Positive attitude, intellectual curiosity, results-driven mindset, and ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
• Strong communication, analytical, critical-thinking, and presentation skills
• Self-starter who is well organized and able to manage multiple projects under strict deadlines
• High degree of accuracy with a strong attention to detail
