Junior Financial Analyst

Perpay Inc. is a certified B Corp and Philadelphia’s most impactful growth-stage startup focused on improving the financial stability of everyday Americans. They are seeking a Junior Financial Analyst to analyze business trends, prepare financial models, and maintain the general ledger while supporting strategic financial decisions.

What you'll do:

• Provide support in the financial modeling of our existing operations and key initiatives
• Own and drive various strategic ad hoc projects and analyses while partnering closely with Analytics, Risk, Marketing, and Operations
• Assist in maintaining the general ledger and preparation of the financial statements
• Own and champion process improvement efforts to streamline financial planning and budget management procedures to drive efficiency and accuracy

What they're looking for:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Finance, Economics, or a related field (graduated in 2024-2026), or equivalent relevant experience
• Excel proficiency (e.g. core functions & formatting, lookup & analysis tools, pivot tables)
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
• A winning mentality and willingness to go the extra step to get the job done right
• Growth mindset - looking to continuously learn and develop
