Junior Frontend Developer

Capgemini is a global business and technology transformation partner helping organizations accelerate their digital and sustainable transitions. The company is seeking a Junior Frontend Developer to build and maintain modern web applications, integrate REST APIs, collaborate across engineering and product teams, and use AI-assisted development tools to improve software delivery.

What you'll do:

• Develop and maintain frontend applications using React, Angular, or Vue.js
• Build responsive, user-friendly interfaces and integrate REST APIs
• Collaborate with designers, backend engineers, QA teams, and product stakeholders
• Participate in code reviews, Agile ceremonies, testing, debugging, and documentation
• Utilize AI-assisted development tools to improve productivity and code quality

What they're looking for:

• 1-3 years of frontend development experience
• Hands-on experience with React, Angular, or Vue.js
• Strong skills in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and/or TypeScript
• Experience consuming and integrating RESTful APIs
• Proficiency with Git and collaborative development workflows
• Must have hands-on experience with Claude Code and have successfully delivered one or more software projects using Claude Code as part of the development lifecycle
• Strong communication, problem-solving, and collaboration skills
• Must be authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship
• Experience with React Native, Flutter, iOS, or Android development
• Exposure to AI/LLM applications, chatbots, or generative AI solutions
• Familiarity with automated testing, CI/CD, and Agile/Scrum practices
• Portfolio, GitHub repository, or personal projects showcasing development experience
