Junior Frontend Developer (React.js)

MasterBorn is seeking a Junior Frontend Developer to join a team working with US clients across diverse industries. The role focuses on developing and maintaining React.js applications, implementing responsive interfaces, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and growing toward full-stack development.

What you'll do:

• Develop and maintain React.js applications
• Implement responsive interfaces with attention to design details and user experience
• Write clean, maintainable code following team standards
• Participate in code reviews - giving and receiving feedback constructively
• Expand beyond frontend into backend work - in the AI era, we're growing frontend engineers into full-stack generalists
• Collaborate with designers, developers, QA, and product owners to deliver features
• Document your work and contribute to team knowledge base
• Continuously expand technical skills with mentor support

What they're looking for:

• • Required skills: 1 year of commercial experience within web development, understanding of basic JS concepts, TypeScript, basic experience with React.js, knowledge hungry
• • 1 year of commercial experience in web development
• • Strong JavaScript fundamentals and TypeScript knowledge
• • Hands-on experience with React.js ecosystem (hooks, state management)
• • REST API integration and basic build tools configuration
• • Uses AI coding assistants for learning, exploration, and productivity while critically evaluating outputs
• • Genuine interest in understanding user needs and the business value of your work
• • Proactive in communication - shares progress and asks for help when needed
• • Embraces feedback as learning opportunities and comfortable admitting knowledge gaps
• • Open-minded about learning new frameworks and technologies
• • Interest in backend technologies and aspiration towards fullstack development
• • Comfortable working in Agile/Scrum environments
