Junior/Mid-level Startup Recruiter

SRP Control Systems Ltd is a Big Data company located in Princeton, New Jersey run by alumni of Stanford and Wharton schools. They are seeking a seasoned recruiter who is innovative and creative in their recruitment methodologies.

What you'll do:

• We are looking for a seasoned recruiter that is tired of doing the regular recruitment job and wants to do some innovative recruitment
• You should be highly energetic and be creative in your recruitment methodologies from Linkedin, Indeed, Upwork, elance, etc in addition to the regular recruitment platforms such as dice and monster
• We may need to hire from schools, hire people that wrote books, or hire world-class data scientists, or maybe even an energetic sales person
• Some time we may not have enough money to hire that candidate, then you need to be creative about it in closing the deal. Part-time, or offer something else

What they're looking for:

• Couple of years of recruitment experience (Junior/Mid-level)
