Junior Product Analyst

CrossCountry Mortgage, LLC is a distributed retail mortgage lender serving borrowers across the United States. The Junior Product Analyst supports the research, development, implementation, and monitoring of mortgage products, communicates product updates, maintains investor relationships, and assists teams with product and investor-related questions.

What you'll do:

• Coordinate the creation of, and update, Loan Origination System templates and documents, and internal standard operating procedures
• Maintain existing investor relationships and build new investor relationships which include consistent extensive review of guidelines and direct communication with the investors
• Assists CCM teams with general product and investor related questions

What they're looking for:

• Bachelor's Degree or 2+ years of experience in the mortgage banking industry
• Working knowledge of Product Guidelines for FNMA, FHLMC, USDA, VA, Non-Conforming, and affordable housing structured programs
• Excellent communication skills
• Proficient in MS Office Suite
• Preferred experience with mortgage lending processes, including experience in Sales or Operations
