Junior Product Manager

BEKO Technologies, Corp. is seeking a Junior Product Manager to support the management and growth of assigned compressed-air product lines. The role focuses on product lifecycle management, market analysis, new product development support, commercial assistance, and collaboration with cross-functional and international teams.

What you'll do:

• Support the management of assigned product lines throughout the product lifecycle
• Assist with product positioning, portfolio analysis, and product roadmap planning
• Maintain product data, documentation, specifications, and pricing information
• Support engineering change management activities and product updates
• Monitor product performance, customer feedback, and market trends
• Assist in gathering and analyzing competitive intelligence and market research
• Participate in new product development projects through BEKO's stage-gate process
• Coordinate project activities, timelines, documentation, and follow-up actions
• Assist in collecting customer requirements and translating technical information into business recommendations
• Support testing, validation, and launch readiness activities for new products
• Collaborate with Engineering, Operations, Marketing, and Sales teams throughout product development efforts
• Support continuous improvement efforts related to product management processes, documentation, and reporting

What they're looking for:

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, Business Administration, or a related technical discipline required
• 1-3 years of professional experience in product management, engineering, manufacturing, technical sales, project coordination, applications engineering, or a related field
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and other Microsoft Office applications
• Strong technical aptitude and engineering fundamentals
• Data analysis and problem-solving
• Ability to understand and communicate technical concepts
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Organizational and time-management abilities
• Initiative and willingness to learn
• Customer-focused mindset
• Travel up to 10% may be required
• Internship, co-op, or early-career experience within an industrial or manufacturing environment preferred
