Junior Product Manager

CNH is an agriculture and construction company that develops products and technologies to improve customer efficiency and success. The Junior Product Manager Intern will support product initiatives focused on enhancing customer and dealer experiences through research, product requirements, data analysis, cross-functional collaboration, and product launches.

What you'll do:

• Collaborate with our customer and dealer facing teams to understand and validate new enhancement requests
• Help design new product concepts to validate with customers and dealers
• Review usage data to inform product decisions
• Help with developing product requirements
• Collaborate with engineering to build high-quality products that reflect end-to-end thinking
• Support product development initiatives with market research on competitive landscape and industry trends
• Coordinate and work with cross-functional teams to ensure product launches are successful
• Analyze production support data and prepare recommendations based on findings

What they're looking for:

• Candidates must be pursuing (at minimum) a Bachelor's degree in fields such as Product Management, Business Administration, Information Technology, Computer Science or Software Engineering, or related
• Summer interns work full-time (40 hours per week) from May through August
• Candidates must be currently enrolled college students actively pursuing a degree to participate in the internship program
