Junior Recruiter

ITCON Services is a technology and professional services company delivering solutions to federal government agencies. The Junior Recruiter will support full life cycle recruiting for federal contracts, proposals, and corporate positions by sourcing and qualifying candidates, maintaining talent pipelines, coordinating hiring activities, and ensuring a strong candidate experience.

What you'll do:

• Manage the full life cycle recruiting process from sourcing through offer acceptance and onboarding
• Source, screen, interview, and qualify candidates for technical, professional, and cleared positions
• Build and maintain talent pipelines
• Support proposal recruiting
• Partner with hiring managers
• Maintain ATS records
• Coordinate interviews and offers
• Attend recruiting events
• Ensure compliance with policies and OFCCP requirements
• Deliver an exceptional candidate experience

What they're looking for:

• Minimum of 2 years of recruiting experience within a federal government contracting environment
• Experience with full life cycle recruiting
• Experience supporting proposal recruiting
• Strong sourcing skills
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities
• Proficiency with ATS and Microsoft Office
• Experience recruiting technical IT professionals for federal government contracts
• Experience recruiting cleared professionals
• Experience with JobDiva
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
