Junior Recruiter

Techno is seeking a Junior Recruiter to join its Talent & People Operations team. The role supports full-cycle recruiting for corporate and field positions, including candidate sourcing, screening, interview coordination, hiring-manager partnership, job-post maintenance, ATS recordkeeping, and recruiting reporting.

What you'll do:

• Support full-cycle recruiting from sourcing through offer and onboarding
• Source candidates through LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, job boards, referrals, and other channels
• Review resumes, conduct initial candidate screens, and coordinate interviews
• Partner with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and candidate requirements
• Post and maintain job openings across recruiting platforms
• Maintain accurate candidate records and recruiting activity within the ATS
• Communicate with candidates throughout the interview and hiring process
• Support recruiting reports, trackers, and other projects as needed

What they're looking for:

• Strong communication, organization, and interpersonal skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Proven ability to manage multiple high-priority, and high volume requisitions at a time
• Experience with ATS, LinkedIn Recruiter, or Indeed a plus
• AEC industry recruiting experience is a plus
• 1–2 years of recruiting, talent acquisition, staffing, or HR experience preferred
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field preferred
