Junior Recruiter & Sourcing Specialist

Townsquare Interactive is a company that helps small and medium-sized businesses grow through an all-in-one business management platform and digital marketing services. The Junior Recruiting & Sourcing Specialist will support the Recruiting team through high-volume candidate sourcing, recruiting operations, pipeline management, and candidate tracking while gaining experience across the recruiting process.

What you'll do:

• Source fresh candidates across LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, job boards, and other recruiting platforms, with a focus on both volume and candidate quality
• Build targeted candidate pipelines using established searches, Boolean strings, and sourcing strategies based on current hiring needs
• Learn our ideal candidate profiles and develop the ability to identify and flag high-potential candidates for our Recruiting team
• Manage and refresh job postings across recruiting platforms to maintain a consistent flow of applicants
• Prepare and submit offer approvals and help ensure candidates move efficiently through each stage of the hiring process
• Maintain clean, accurate candidate records within Greenhouse, including candidate stages, sources, and other key information
• Support recruiting reporting and pipeline management by tracking sourcing activity, candidate flow, upcoming interviews, offers, and start classes
• Partner closely with Recruiters to understand current pipeline needs, adjust sourcing priorities, and provide additional support where it's needed most
• Take ownership of recurring recruiting projects and processes while continuously learning our systems, hiring standards, and overall recruiting strategy
