Junior ServiceNow Business Analyst

MetaPhase is a consulting company focused on mission-driven client work and technology transformation. The Junior ServiceNow Business Analyst will support federal IT clients by gathering business requirements, collaborating with stakeholders, supporting solution testing, and creating project documentation.

What you'll do:

• Gathering detailed business requirements
• Working with stakeholders across the agency to implement solutions that meet customer needs
• Supporting the development team testing out completed stories
• Creating and communicating project documentation

What they're looking for:

• A minimum of 1or more years of direct experience supporting Management Consulting and/or Technology Transformation efforts; preferably in federal government consulting
• 1+ years of ServiceNow hands-on experience
• Possess strong technical, analytical, and problem-solving skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication
• US Citizen with ability to obtain Secret Clearance
• Work Location Remote- DC Metro area strongly preferred
• Education Level Bachelor's Degree is Required for this opportunity
• Clearance Level SECRET; U.S. Citizenship required (NO EXCEPTIONS)
• Secret Clearance Hold
• ServiceNow certifications including Certified System Administrator
• Strong knowledge of the SDLC both Agile and Waterfall
• HRSD ServiceNow experience
