Mondays | 1:45 - 5:15 p.m. (3.5 hours)

Tuesdays | 3:00 - 5:15 p.m. (2.25 hrs)

Wednesdays | 3:00 - 5:15 p.m. (2.25 hrs)

Thursdays | 33:00 - 5:15 p.m. (2.25 hrs)

Salary/Wage Range:

Hourly $22.00 to $24.00

Position Summary/Job Duties:

Looking for 1-2 care providers for afterschool care Mondays | 1:45 - 5:15 p.m. (3.5 hours) | and Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and/or Thursdays | 3:00 - 5:15 p.m. (2.25 hrs)  |  Two 3rd graders 

• Meet third graders at bus stop and walk 1 block to home
• Help prepare afternoon snack for 3rd graders
• Communicate with other parents / care providers in neighborhood to arrange play time (as needed)
• Provide a fun, engaging afterschool time that emphasizes kindness and belonging
• Play and facilitate play
• Some driving to early evening activities (car not necessary but preferred)
• NOTE: We have a two-year-old pup, and our 8th grader will make his own way home at 4:30 p.m. and is self-sufficient -- no care required

Qualifications:

Enthusiasm, joy, patience, balance of firmness and empathy

CPR certified preferred but not required
