Job Summary
The Kids Club Manager is responsible for day-to-day operations of the club’s youth center services, ensuring a safe, clean, and welcoming environment for children and their families. This role assists with supervising staff, facilitating engaging and age-appropriate programs, and maintaining high standards of safety and care. The Kids Club Manager ensures the delivery of exceptional service to members, fostering positive interactions, and supporting staff training and development. The Manager is committed to continuous improvement of programs to meet the evolving needs of the club’s families.

Day to Day
- Connect with members regularly and promote youth center activities, including warm welcomes, magic moments, and fond farewells.
- Promote the facility amenities, programs, and the club while maintaining a high level of professionalism and service.
- Show professionalism and willingness to coordinate activities and programs with the children.
- Must monitor and actively participate with children.
- Deal appropriately with problem behaviors of children in the youth center.
- Assist in recruiting, training, supervising, and evaluating youth center staff to ensure highquality care and adherence to club standards.
- Foster a positive work environment that encourages teamwork, professional development, and high standards of service.
- Help conduct regular staff meetings and training sessions to enhance team performance and ensure compliance with safety and operational procedures.
- Assist in the development of educational and fun programs for the youth center.
- Assist in developing, implementing, and overseeing educational programs for children of various age groups.
- Ensure programs are aligned with the club’s standards and meet the needs and interests of children and families.
- Maintain a running inventory of all equipment in the youth center.
- Advise the Kids Club Director and/or Sports Club Director of any equipment needs.
- Ensure all equipment, toys, and games in the youth center are safe for all children.
- Participate in club events and activities as required, representing the childcare services and engaging with members.
- Must ensure the cleanliness of the youth center.
- Ensure that daily assignments are completed in their designated areas to uphold Club standards and maintain orderly and organized workspaces, arranging the entry area, and clearing any trash or debris.
- Help manage scheduling, staffing, and inventory of childcare supplies and equipment. Maintain accurate records related to childcare services, including attendance, incident reports, and program evaluations.
- Assist with preparing budgets related to childcare operations, including tracking expenses and ensuring financial targets are met.

- Due to the dynamic nature of the club, employees are expected to assist others as needed and take on additional tasks as assigned by management.
- Follow all company, club, and department policies, procedures, and instructions.
- Represent the company's management team by supporting and enforcing policies while maintaining the highest standards of ethics and integrity.
- Maintain a high level of professionalism and a commitment to excellence in interactions with members, colleagues, and staff.
- Promote and follow safe working practices, ensuring compliance with safety guidelines and encouraging others to do the same.
- Take the initiative in personal and professional growth and maintain any required certifications relevant to your role.
- Address and resolve challenges using available resources, working with regional and corporate teams to support club operations.
- Support the overall efficiency of the team by collaborating and contributing to the club’s goals.
About You
Required
- Bachelor’s degree in early childhood education, Child Development, or a related field.
- A minimum of 2 years of experience working with children in a day care, camp, or educational setting.
- A minimum of 2 years of experience in child supervision, activity planning, or youth programs.
- A minimum of 1 year of experience in childcare management, preferably in a recreational or club setting.
- Basic first aid and CPR certification to ensure child safety.
Preferred
- Strong knowledge of health and safety protocols for childcare environments.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to interact effectively with children, parents, and fellow staff.
- Ability to manage and engage a group of young children in fun, age-appropriate activities.
- Patience, creativity, and enthusiasm for working with children of various ages.
- Ability to remain calm and attentive in a fast-paced or sometimes noisy environment.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail to ensure a safe and structured environment for the children.
Physical Requirements
- Engage in physical activities with children, frequent sitting, standing, walking, and driving.
- Occasional exposure to temperature changes, dust, fumes, or gases.
- Squatting, kneeling, reaching, grasping, twisting, and bending.
- Ability to lift, carry, push, or pull up to 50 lbs. on occasion.
- Talking, hearing, and seeing.
Primary Tools/Equipment
- Toys, games, craft supplies, educational materials, etc.
- Phone, TV, computer, tablet, etc.
- First aid kits, emergency supplies, cleaning supplies, etc.
Work Schedule
- Adherence to attendance requirements as outlined in the weekly schedule.
- Flexibility to work additional hours as needed to meet position deadlines.
- Availability to work on weekends and/or holidays as required.
