Labor Systems Data Analytics & Integration Intern, Spring 2027

Disneyland Resort, through Disney Experiences, operates labor management systems that support workload, scheduling, time, and deployment for operations leaders and Cast Members. The intern will help sustain labor systems, applications, databases, reporting solutions, and ongoing projects involving database design, backend server management, front-end development, dashboards, and visualization.

What you'll do:

• Tasks will be assigned based upon your strengths and desire to learn new skills, technologies, and concepts
• Projects can range from database design, to backend server management, front end web development, to dashboard and visualization design
• Applicants should have strong verbal and written communication skills, be a self-starter able to prioritize their time, and function well within a team with varied strengths

• • Substantial partnering and influencing skills with the ability to work with leaders at all levels to coordinate team efforts
• • Strong systems/process orientation with proven analytical thinking and problem solving skills
• • Basic understanding of computer science, data, and reporting fundamentals
• • Be enrolled in an accredited college/university pursuing a degree taking at least one class at time of application OR currently participating in a Disney College Program or Disney Internship
• • Current Disney Interns, College, International, or Culinary Program Participants: You may only work for ONE consecutive year (12 months) in any combination of an internship and/or program
• • Be at least 18 years of age
• • Possess unrestricted work authorization
• • Understanding of one or more object-oriented programming languages
• • Familiarity with visualization and reporting tools
• • Knowledge of big data, and/or data science concepts
• • Previous project management experience within a workforce management, labor, or related operation
• • Previous experience in an analytical and/or data-centric environment
