Master's degree in social work, counseling, psychology or related; active independent clinical license (LCSW, LICSW, LPC, LMHC-D); bilingual English/Spanish; 5+ years clinical experience; 3+ years supervising clinicians; experience with DSM-5-TR diagnosis, crisis response, and evidence-based approaches.
