As a **lead****change management consultant**within the Corporate Finance Systems & Process (CFSP) Portfolio Management Organization (PMO), you'll partner with project teams and business sponsors to develop and execute change strategies for medium to large initiatives. In this role, you’ll collaborate across Corporate Finance to strengthen and improve internal processes, while supporting simplification and quality efforts. Additionally, you'll help ensure change management services are consistently aligned and effectively integrated across projects.
This is a remote position, with occasional travel to Corporate Headquarters two to three times per year.
**Must-have qualifications**
- A minimum 9 years' experience in leading projects/project delivery and/or operational change management
- [OR] Bachelor's degree or higher and a minimum of 6 years' experience in leading projects/project delivery and/or operational change management
**Preferred Skills**
- Proven hands-on experience applying change management principles, methodologies, and tools (e.g., Prosci, ADKAR) to organizational change initiatives.
- Demonstrated experience with large or extra-large sized projects or programs that will have high complexity across the larger business organization (i.e., Product, Operations, Marketing etc.)
- Experience developing process improvements
- Strong planning, prioritizing, and organizational skills
**Compensation**
- $89,600 - $119,500/year
- Gainshare annual cash incentive payment up to 30% of your eligible earnings based on company performance.
