Lead Java Full Stack Developer (React)

Capgemini is a global business and technology transformation partner helping organizations accelerate digital and sustainable transformation. The Lead Java Full Stack Developer will develop user interfaces with React, build Spring Boot microservices for API development and integration, and collaborate with product managers and engineers to deliver web applications.

What you'll do:

• Gather and evaluate user requirements in collaboration with product managers and engineers
• Illustrate design ideas using react storyboards, process flows and sitemaps
• Develop UI mockups and prototypes that clearly illustrate how sites function
• Develop API/Spring Boot microservices
• Very well versed with latest trends and techniques in UI development

What they're looking for:

• A graduate or Postgraduate from University with basic knowledge in React ,Application development with Spring Boot Microservices for API development/integration
• A passionate person with genuine enthusiasm for Web applications, handheld devices, smart phones
• UI development academic background will be an added benefit
• Demonstrable UI skills with a strong academic project
• Proven knowledge / experience in UI Development skills as below:
• Requirements gathering
• High level Design Techniques
• Accessibility
• Application Architecture
• Unit testing framework
• Agile Delivery
• Awareness of Gen AI
