## Job Description A graduate or postgraduate from university with basic knowledge in React and application development with Spring Boot microservices for API development/integration. A passionate person with genuine enthusiasm for web applications, handheld devices, and smartphones. UI development academic background will be an added benefit. ## Key Responsibilities - Gather and evaluate user requirements in collaboration with product managers and engineers. - Illustrate design ideas using React storyboards, process flows, and sitemaps. - Develop UI mockups and prototypes that clearly illustrate how sites function. - Develop API/Spring Boot microservices. - Stay very well versed with the latest trends and techniques in UI development. ## Job Requirements - Demonstrable UI skills with a strong academic project. - Knowledge or experience in requirements gathering, high-level design techniques, accessibility, application architecture, unit testing frameworks, Agile delivery, and awareness of generative AI. - Proficiency in HTML5, CSS3, basic Angular/React knowledge, and Spring Boot microservices. - Excellent design skills. - Up to date with the latest UI trends, techniques, and technologies. ## Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities - Strong communication skills. - Ability to assess oneself, understand strengths and weaknesses, make honest judgments, and use these for growth. - Initiative and willingness to take on new challenges; approaches tasks with a can-do attitude. - Ability to exert oneself to complete tasks successfully and achieve goals. - Ability to set goals, remain confident in one’s capabilities, and adapt to dynamic situations without getting stressed. - Ability to communicate clearly and confidently with small and medium-sized groups at peer and senior levels. - Approachable while remaining conscious of response time. - Commitment to continuous learning and staying updated on design trends. - Commitment to quality standards. - Adherence to Capgemini values and acting as a trusted ambassador of the company. ## Additional Information - Should be able to comprehend and execute instructions. - Must be a team player with good interpersonal skills. - Should be flexible to move to different locations if required. - Prospective employees must pass a thorough background check prior to joining and reference checks prior to offer. ## Keywords HTML5, CSS3, Open AI, Angular/React, Java 8, unit testing framework, CI/CD.
