The Leadership Development role at Chick-fil-A Brentwood is an accelerated opportunity to develop your leadership skills at your own pace, using the tools and development resources that Chick-fil-A has put in place at a corporate level as well as here at Chick-fil-A Brentwood. An opportunity as a Leadership Development Candidate at Chick-fil-A Brentwood means joining the Team in a Team Member role and working your way, at your own pace, to the role of Shift Leader.
