Legal Operations Analyst

Hive is a cloud-based AI solutions provider offering AI models and software applications for content understanding, search, generation, and moderation. The Legal Operations Analyst will support the legal team through legal research, regulatory and compliance monitoring, contracting assistance, legal education, and improvements to legal operations tools and processes.

What you'll do:

• Track and forecast changes in the law in applicable jurisdictions
• Report on pertinent regulations and their effect on our business and products and those of our customers
• Assist in-house counsel in contracting processes
• Research and schedule legal education for in-house counsel
• Enthusiastically collaborate with cross-functional teams including but not limited to Sales, Marketing and Engineering
• Maintain awareness of industry best practices for efficiency as it relates to your role, including identifying and using new technology and tools
• Adhere to policies, guidelines and procedures pertaining to the protection of information assets
• Report actual or suspected security and/or policy violations/breaches to an appropriate authority
