About this role
Stanford Federal Credit Union is a member-owned nonprofit financial institution serving Stanford University and Silicon Valley communities. The Lending Operations Business Analyst will support lending operations by enhancing and configuring lending platforms, gathering requirements, testing system changes, producing reports, and conducting portfolio risk analysis.
What you'll do:
- Supports lending operations with issues and system enhancements
- Configures platforms and maintains current knowledge of systems capabilities and emerging features
- Testing and maintaining lending platforms
- Produce ad hoc lending reports and end of month reports
- Conduct Portfolio risk analysis
- Produce and maintain Lending Systems departmental procedures
What they're looking for:
- One to three years of industry experience and or combination of education and experience
- Possess an understanding of current legal and regulatory issues: Reg Z, TRID, HMDA, Reg B
- Willing to Learn and cross-train departmental duties of the credit union. Possess versatility and flexibility to successfully serve as a backup to other positions
- Knowledge in configuration Industry Lending platforms and familiarity with SQL and general understanding of relational database design
- Ability to read and to interpret lending data
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
