Location: 1414 South Tryon Street, Charlotte, NC 28203 ## Duties - Work within an agile team environment to perform software development activities. - Design, develop, drive, and deliver technical solutions to the business in a timely and efficient manner. - Work closely with and mentor software engineers. - Help improve processes and define development best practices in an agile environment. - Document and/or review testing results, working closely with other developers and product owners to resolve reported issues. - As a member of the Enterprise Document Management System (EDMS) development team, perform analysis, design, coding, and testing of Oracle WebCenter Content (WCC) components. - Use Oracle WCC, MSSQL and/or Oracle DB, and Java skills. - Work with business stakeholders to define, analyze, and document business requirements and implement solutions consistent with the needs of Rating Groups and other MIS strategic objectives, including developing use cases as needed for clear understanding by business and development teams. - Provide support for business and data requirements. ## Requirements Requires a Master's degree or foreign equivalent in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related technical field, plus two (2) years of experience as a Software Engineer, Developer, or in a related position performing software development and designing technical solutions. Must have experience architecting, designing, developing, and implementing solutions to support enhancements and bug fixes in existing and new applications; applying knowledge of multithreading concepts, design patterns, and software development methodologies, including Agile and Continuous Integration and Continuous Deployment for application development; working with Core Java, PL/SQL, Python, HTML, XML, FileNet, AWS, Ctrl-M, open source code, and frameworks; and working in Agile environments with JIRA, Confluence, and REST API authentication and authorization using OAUTH. ## Salary and benefits For US-based roles, the anticipated hiring base salary range is $118,934 to $138,550 per year, depending on factors such as experience, education, level, skills, and location. This range is based on a full-time position. The role is also eligible for incentive compensation.
