In this role, you'll help clients understand insurance solutions across Property & Casualty, Life, Business, and other coverage needs. You'll build relationships, provide exceptional service, expand your insurance knowledge, strengthen your professional skills, and play an important role in the continued growth of our agency.

Salary Range: $35,000.00 - $115,000.00 per year

• Life & Health insurance license or willingness to obtain one before starting

What You'll Do:

• Assist clients with policy questions, updates, and requested changes
• Follow up with clients to obtain necessary documentation
• Educate clients about insurance products and available coverage options
• Identify opportunities to better protect and serve clients
• Build lasting client relationships and generate referrals
• Answer incoming calls and provide professional assistance
• Respond promptly to messages and follow-up requests
• Maintain a high standard of service throughout every client interaction

The agency offers auto, home, renters, life, and commercial coverage, including property, liability, and workers’ compensation.
