Maintains supplies needed to provide an organized, appropriately stocked work area (i.e., orders, inventories, delivers/obtains).%26nbsp; Communicates with pharmacy as needed to maintain medication stocks.%26nbsp; Maintains assigned medical work areas (i.e., cleans equipment/carts cabinets/storage areas) provides daily cleaning.%26nbsp; Provides clerical tasks (i.e., answers phones, files, copies, faxes). License to practice nursing as a licensed practical nurse issued by Ohio Board of Nursing pursuant to Section 4723 Ohio Revised Code & proof of completion of an approved course in medication administration.
Note: Licensed Practical Nurses who administer dialysis treatment must possess Certification in IV Therapy pursuant to Section 4723.17 Ohio Revised Code.
