This role supports optimal patient outcomes by combining evidence-based practice with empathy and professionalism throughout each patient’s healthcare journey.

The Licensed Practical Nurse practices under the direction of the RN-led care team and is accountable for the delivery of care in accordance with current policies, procedures, and clinical standards.

What We’re Looking For

Education

• High School Diploma or GED required

• Graduate of an accredited Practical Nursing Program

Experience

• One year of relevant experience preferred

Licensure / Certification

• Appropriate state LPN license required

• Professional phone call etiquette

• Strong organizational skills
